MOVE IN / MOVE OUT POLICY & RULES
1) Move In / Move Out Coordinator:

2) Owners and Tenants must contact Move In / Move Out coordinator to reserve Move In / Move Out times.
3) Keys to the Building Entrance and Bike Storage areas will be given out or handed in at time of the Move In / Move Out.
4) Move In / Move Out can only take place between the hours of 9:00 am & 8:00 pm daily.
5) For Security reasons keys to the building, for tenants, will be given out only by the Move In / Move Out Coordinator. Front Door Keys for new owners are handled through the Real Estate sales transaction but the information must be registered with the coordinator.
6) Move In / Move Out can only occur if:
- Move In / Move Out fees are paid, $100.00 per Move In, $100 per Move Out
- Form K is completed and signed.
- Residential Tenancy Agreement for Crime Fee Housing
- Real Estate transaction has completed.
7) Any damage done to the building will be assessed to the owner / tenant moving in or out.
8) Move In / Move Out can only be done through the central front doors using the elevator.
9) Move In / Move Out must use the elevator lock off key and must use elevator pads.
10) Move In / Move Out must use propper door stops, supplied by the coordinator.
11) All materials must be returned to the coordinator promptly.
12) The coordinator will complete a damage inspection following the move.
13) All Move In / Move Out residents must receive a Welcome Package including:
- Strata Plan LMS 3062 By-Laws
- Strata Council List
- Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
- Minutes of the last Council Meeting
- Copy of Owners List
- Copy of Budget
- Move In / Move Out Policy and Guidlines
- Other Pertinent Strata Policies and Guidlines.
14) Security must be maintained during the entire Move In / Move Out. The front door must be attended to at all times while it is open.
15) Failure to comply with the Move In / Move Out policy guidelines will result in a fine by the Strata Corporation.
